Completion of any one of these CE Courses will meet the USF IRB requirement for annual continuing education in Human Subject Protections.

CITI Refresher Course   
Choose the Refresher Course for Human Research. During registration, respond "yes" when asked if you have completed a basic course within the past two years.

• Web-Based Course - 2 hours. Available on-line at http://www.citiprogram.org. After you complete the course, you can lookup and print your certificate here: Certificates. If you register through the VA or an institution other than USF, you must send a copy of your certificate to the IRB office.

Foundations in Human Research Protections at the University of South Florida
This course consists of four modules and meets the USF IRB requirement for both the Foundation and Continuing Education requirement.

• Web-Based Course - 2 hours. Available on-line at http://www.research.usf.edu/cs/IRB_Foundation_Course/1slide1.htm. Complete all four modules and quizzes. Certificates are not mailed - after you complete the course, you can lookup and print your certificate here: Certificates.

Veterans Administration (VA) Course #RSRCH-EES-J425
For VA employees and non-VA employees working on a VA project.

• Web-Based Course - 2 hours. From a non-VA computer, go to https://www.ees-learning.net/dod/loginhtml.asp?v=dod. You must complete the course on the site on which you began. Please forward a copy of your certificate of completion to the IRB office.
