Login - Click to Login

The Adverse Event Reporting System (AERS) is no longer being using to report Adverse Events, Unanticipated Problems, Noncompliance, etc. The AERS should only be used to look up past reported items for auditing purposes. All future adverse events and other items should be submitted through ARC as a “Reportable Event”. For further information regarding the submission of Reportable Events through ARC, please contact the help desk at (813) 974-2880.
