The USF System employs a de-centralized Purchasing Model. Colleges and Departments determine needs and, using various vendor identification resources, obtain quotes for a variety of commodities and services.
Businesses may submit a Vendor Application to be added to a database of potential vendors. When a vendor completes the vendor application, the vendor is added to the Vendor Database and, if appropriate, the Minority, Women & Veteran Business Enterprise Vendor Database. These databases are two of the identification resources utilized at the USF. Vendors on the databases are also notified of public solicitations when there is a commodity or service match.
The Office of Corporate Partnerships provides a single point of entry for our current and potential industry partners to help identify and access USF's vast resources to advance and accelerate their company's business goals.
OCP is located in the USF Research Park. View USFRI Map (PDF).
