Calendar Guidelines
The Research Calendar serves the purpose of collecting and promoting important events at USF relevant to researchers, PI's and research staff. In an attempt to consolidate and coordinate the growing number of research events taking place at USF, Research Resources has developed the following guidelines to make the web calendar as useful as possible.

The following is a list of acceptable entries to be submitted to the calendar:
Each division will have a calendar representative responsible for collecting and submitting events to the calendar. Please submit events pertaining to your division to your calendar representative. If you do not know who your calendar representative is please refer to the list below:
If there is an event that you would like to submit that is NOT division specific, please
forward your event to sro@research.usf.edu.
