Research Opportunity Awards are for scientists of demonstrated productivity and creativity seeking to explore new areas of experimental research. The Research Corporation has traditionally sought to assist those with meritorious ideas, especially projects that have high potential for the advancement of science. The goal is to seed a vigorous, competitive basic research program reestablishing the individual as a productive member of the scientific research community. |

years of support to bridge advanced postdoctoral training and the early
years of faculty service. |
