The foundation stimulates and supports scientific inquiry treating the operation, uses, and social impact of exchange related futures and options, especially research on the development of new products. To date grants have been given to scholars in the areas of agricultural marketing, finance, and economics. Through these grants, the foundation hopes to make a distinguished and lasting contribution to the body of knowledge and literature relating to commodity futures and options on futures markets.
Funding: Grant awards range from $5,000 to $10,000 for a one year research project.
