If you need help getting logged in to Outlook on the Web please review the following.
When clicking the above link you may first receive a Security Alert similar to this:

This is a good thing telling you your email session will be encrypted and secure, so respond to the affirmative.
Next if you are using Windows XP you will receive a login dialog like this:
Make sure you enter restech\ ahead of your username just as shown above.
HINT: If you have trouble with which way the slash goes for whatever reason (I know I always do)
try entering your full email adress jjohnson@research.usf.edu (for example)
in the User name field above, it works just as well.
If you are using Windows 2000 you will receive a login dialog like this:
Just enter your familiar User name, Password, and Domain "restech" as shown above.
Congratulations, you did it, welcome to Outlook Web Access!
