Internal Funding Programs Administered by Vice President's Office
- Faculty Petty Cash Fund (researchers must meet specific criteria to be eligible)
- Faculty Incentive Program (rebates to colleges/units, departments, and principal investigators from indirect costs generated on their grants)
- Faculty Support (emergency/special-case funds)
- Institutional Projects Support (major initiatives with broad impact)
- Contract and grant equipment matching (specific policy in place)
- Non-grant equipment matching (case-by-case determination with college/department support)
- Start-up funds for faculty recruitment (determined by Provost and Vice President for Health Sciences)
- Bridge funding (emergency/special-case funds)
- Other special requests for funding (do not meet criteria of other programs above; determined on an individual basis with input of appropriate officials)
- Internal awards program budgetary coordination and support in conjunction with the Research Council.
